Warranty Information - Access Baths come with a comprehensive warranty package, subject to correct installation and reasonable wear and tear. Access Baths offer a lifetime warranty on the door seal (replacement only, excluding fitting), a 5-year warranty on structural parts such as the bath shell, panels, and glass doors, and a 2-year warranty on operational parts, including seats, taps, brassware, plumbing (when supplied by Access Walk-in Baths), and electrical components like AirSpa systems, heated seats, and control panels. Please note: The warranty is void if installation instructions are not fully adhered to. It does not cover damage caused by impact, improper cleaning, unauthorised products, or misuse, such as wearing footwear inside the bath. This ensures lasting quality and peace of mind.
