BC Designs copper baths are excellent heat conductors and will maintain the water temperature much longer than cast iron baths. Even after the bath has been emptied it will remain warm to the touch. This enamel version has a durable layer on the inside and polished copper on the outside.

Maintaining Your Copper Boat Bath:

For the antique copper outer finish please use non abrasive cleaner or warm soapy water - do not use wire bristled brushed or corrosive chemicals to clean the bath. This bath needs to be routinely cleaned with warm soapy water and a non abrasive cloth and dried immediately after use.

For the nickel inner finish the wax seal should be maintained by regular re application. Do not use abrasive metal cleaner on nickel plated items as this could wear through the finish. A small amount of "Peek" metal cleaner can be used on minor tarnishing.
