From August 2021 Bristan's Rapid 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 Taps have been upgraded and all included the new and improved (RAP SCALE FILT KIT) filter kit.

How to find out what filter is for you?

If your Gallery Rapid tap was purchased before August 2021 you likely have the (RAP FILT KIT) to change the filter you would need to purchase the (RAP FILT) as a replacement.

If your tap was purchased after this time you likely have the (RAP SCALE FILT KIT) meaning you would need to order the (RAP SCALE FILT) to replace the filter.

If you have the original filter type (RAP FILT KIT) and would like to upgrade to the new and improved filter, you can purchase the (RAP SCALE FILT KIT). This can be retrofitted to your Bristan Rapid tap quickly and easily.

The (RAP SCALE FILT KIT) in the new and improved filter that combats the effects of limescale in hard water areas, this upgraded filter gives you the same stylish design with increased resilience to limescale build up.

Whether or not you live in a hard water area, Bristan's new filter can give you even more benefits when using your Boiling Water Tap including:

• Prefiltration - before water even enters the system this filter can remove more dirt and debris
• Fine filtration & solid membrane filter - finer filtration for the removal of even smaller particles, and if anything does get through the fine filtration, it's filtered again via a membrane that removes any remaining small particles
• Carbonate hardness adjustment - this may sound complex but it just means that calcium is removed from the water supply by replacing calcium molecules with harmless hydrogen - so the water is completely safe to drink
• Carbon block - this absorbs chlorine and other chemicals to improve the water quality and the taste
